The Stalk and The Will of the ongoing comic Saga by Brian K Vaughan and Fiona Staples.
The Stalk and The Will are Freelancers, or professional assassins. They had a love affair, that obviously affected The Will much more than The Stalk.
By the way, The Stalk is a woman-spider-creature.
They are being watched by the disapproving eyes of Lying Cat.

The Saga comic is probably one of the best being published right now.
The story is great, and the character design is unmatchable.
